[Photos] World’s tallest teenager: 18 and already 7 ft 4.6 inches

Brenden Adams, 18, at 7 ft 4.6 inches is noted for holding the record for being the tallest teenager in the world. His father, Willie Adams, and mother, Debbie Ezell, first observed his extreme height condition when he was two months old.

Adam’s growth curve almost mimics that of Robert Wadlow‘s. Some doctors estimate he would have been over 8 feet tall (244 cm) if he kept growing constantly.

Doors and ceilings have been built higher at his home, friends and neighbours raised funds to help pay for a custom-made bed, and his mother has spent hours trawling the internet for affordable, over-sized school clothes.
