The woman caught her boyfriend with another woman on Sunday and ordered them to remove their clothes, said Constable Sibusiso Chauke.
"It is alleged that the woman took out the knife and cut off her boyfriend's manhood", said Chauke. Chauke said the 21-year-old woman was arrested the same day.
"The woman failed to pay the R2 500 bail money and was remanded in custody till 23 October”.
